I’m the leader of Arup’s digital environments skills network and I chair our global BIM taskforce which is helping to embed digital work practices into the business.

While I have a deep interest in disruptive technologies and their effect, my key interests lie in driving change through people and helping them embrace opportunities coming from new ways of working.

Having led the engineering design of some amazing projects at home in Australia and around the world, I know that success comes from the ability to motivate teams to produce outcomes that are exceptional – even though at the time they may seem impossible.

Away from work I am a keen long distance trekker and have enjoyed walking across diverse landscapes including the ancient West MacDonald Ranges, rafting the Franklin River and climbing to the edges of a volcanic caldera in Vanuatu.
