Originally trained in design, I’ve learnt from my experiences of living in Africa, North and South America, India, New Zealand and the UK. These places have taught me that there is fluidity to cultural perceptions of certainty, be they political, aesthetic or economic.

As part of the Integrated City Planning team at Arup I have comprehensive technical experience in masterplanning and landscape architecture, particularly in integrated land and water management.

In my more recent training in asset management I have been developing a new service which brings a systems thinking approach to land use management. This service aims to improve the realisation of value as well as to identify and analyse the risks for an organisation from the natural assets and collaborative relationships that affect its operations.
