I lead one of Arup’s London-based, multidisciplinary building engineering teams, currently working on a diverse range of projects on three continents. I am also a member of Arup’s UKMEA board.

I joined Arup as a graduate structural engineer and am a fellow of the UK Institution of Civil Engineering. My project experience includes acting as Arup’s project manager for the Scottish Parliament Building in Edinburgh. More recently, I have led multidisciplinary teams designing buildings in the Middle East and Russia.

I am interested in how leaders nurture creativity and technical excellence within their teams and how to encourage the emergence of designs and solutions that are truly a class apart.
