I am a mechanical engineer currently based in Arup’s Berlin office, although I have spent time in our London, Copenhagen, and Chicago offices since joining the firm 13 years ago.

My career to date has focused on international commercial and cultural projects, speculative offices and art museums, company headquarters and concert halls.

Working in so many different environments and with clients from all over the world, I’ve become a firm believer in the power of diversity to cultivate innovation. Arup’s greatest asset is its people, and there is always someone whose different point of view or alternative approach can unlock a problem or improve a design. As the diversity and inclusion coordinator for our Europe region, I am passionate about ensuring that those alternative approaches get the space and respect they need to turn our greatest asset into our biggest advantage.
