I am a designer and architect in London.

I worked with Zaha Hadid Architects in London for ten years, where I was the design director of the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Centre in Saudi Arabia, the office’s first LEED-Platinum certified building. I established DaeWha Kang Design in 2015 to focus more intensely on the synergy between outstanding design, long term sustainability, and societal well-being in our built environment.

I am always looking for the potential of new technologies to influence our architecture. In my design process, technical analysis and simulation meet with form-finding and space planning to bring beauty and performance into an organically integrated whole.
