I help individuals, teams and organisations reconnect with, and leverage for sustainable performance, the nature of what it means to be ‘human’ at work. As a senior consultant in Operations consulting (London), and Chartered Occupational Psychologist, I use work psychology principles to help clients develop their own capability to achieve meaningful behaviour change. Examples include collaborative working, health/safety/wellbeing and personal leadership behaviours.

Currently I work as Collaboration Lead for two Joint Ventures - large infrastructure projects - supporting the development of collaborative working behaviours across the project lifecycle. I co-lead a Working Well Innovation Laboratory, using a combination of design thinking, embodied tools (so, challenging the ‘computer’ model of human thinking) and highly collaborative practices to co-design frame-breaking ways of tackling our own and clients’ burning wellbeing questions. A large portion of our approach uses our human connection to nature, our physical environment, and sustainable thinking, as an important part of our process.
