I’m a chartered occupational psychologist / human factors consultant in Arup’s operations consulting group. 

I focus on integrating human factors into design and operations – ensuring that designs and operations work for the people that use them and support organisations’ end goals. So, for example, I ensure that a new station delivers an excellent experience for passengers and helps the staff to perform their jobs as well as possible.

I was proud to be named Change Management Consultant of the year at the Management Consultancies Association Awards in April 2015.
