I am a business leader who has traversed investment banking, technology, management consulting, cultural change and executive leadership roles in Australia, the US and Europe.
Sydney-born and bred, I started as a Chartered Accountant before joining (the now infamous) Lehman Brothers in New York. After a spell in commercial lending, I moved into management consulting, spending two years with CSC Index (who co-authored the best-selling book ‘Reengineering the Corporation’). I also led the world-renowned creative agency, Imagination, in Australia for five years, before joining Arup.
